6401 Alkire Road Galloway, OH 43119

Sometimes, much like ourselves, homes need a little love to reach their full potential. Such is the case with this unique 3 bed/ 1 bath home situated on a 4.35 acre lot with stream in Galloway. While 'livable' the new owner will likely want to do cosmetic updates and address some deferred maintenance. The home is of concrete block construction, with some oversized windows, it has a nice sized kitchen, small dining nook, spacious living room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms and a full bath, full basement and 2 car garage/ outbuilding that sits downhill from the house. This is a good 1 story floor plan with nice sized rooms and a large basement with multiple rooms. This home is being sold 'as-is' with the understanding that the home needs work.
